One of my most favorite topics to talk about is entrepreneurship!  I was thrilled when the folks over at Paychex  (my payroll company of 11 years!) asked me to take part in their “National Small Business Week” celebration.  First, I did a little Q&A with them about our medical practice and then I recorded a podcast about starting a small biz.  It was really fun, especially the podcast and I am excited to share it with you!
