Bravolebrities and the like…..

Now that I am older and wiser, I truly believe that making your “Sally-down the street” customer happy  is one of the top keys to a successful business.  Those customers/clients are your bread and butter.  Working hard to make them happy is #1 in my book.  Here is where it gets muddy.  I have seen a “celebrity mention” catapult a tiny business into a big business almost overnight.  Shoot, I even built a business around celebrity shopping.  Famous people are here to stay and they have a voice.   And, I admit, it carries some weight.  Here is what you need to figure out…how much is time should you spend searching out the celeb mention?  What is the right way to do it?  And, what do you do once you get it?
