I created The WOW Life Nutrition Program in September of 2015. Since it began, over 100 women have completed the program with stellar results! There are women who have lost anywhere from 15 – 121 pounds since it began. What was once a dream for me, is now something that I can offer to you.
You’ve tried just about every diet. How can this possibly be different?
I get it. I have been there and done that! I have tried just about every diet under the sun. I’ve cleansed, I’ve wrapped, I’ve taken both over the counter and prescription diet drugs, I’ve binged, I’ve starved, and after 20 years of this ridiculous behavior, I finally arrived where I am now. I’m a healthy, strong, fit, happy, positive, and hot woman of 51 years. I eat real food. I move my body. I do a bunch of cool stuff to keep me sane. I live a WOW Life. WOW stands for Wheel of Wellness. I’ve done a few videos about it, and you can watch them here and here. Imagine never having to count calories again. That’s right! Who wants to count calories when they are 80? Not me.
This is a lifestyle that you will be able to lead for the rest of your life.
What is The Wheel of Wellness Program?
I feel like I should tell you what it isn’t. The WOW Program is NOT a diet. You will NOT be told to wrap yourself, take a magic pill, buy anything that you don’t want to buy, be asked to buy shakes or supplements. (this is NOT a multi-level program) I am not going to tell you exactly what foods to eat. You will not be asked to exercise for hours on end.
The WOW Program is a lifestyle change. The catch is that we change and move into the new lifestyle at an easy pace. The last thing that I want you to do is to get frustrated and throw in the towel. You’ve done that too many times! You will decide what food you’d like to eat and fit them into the guidelines that I will teach you. You will decide how you will move your body and when you’ll do it. You have to make these decisions for them to work and become habits.
The WOW Life Program includes:
- Five weeks of in-depth guidance and education from me in the form of videos, both recorded and LIVE.
- Email access to me
- Daily guidance and motivation for the first five weeks
- Immediate access to The WOW Life private Facebook group where there are already women who have gone through the program waiting to help you and motivate you!
- Three weeks of BONUS videos and printables
Each week, you will receive a video on Sunday mornings explaining the assignments and goals for the upcoming week. You will receive another video on Wednesday afternoons that will be teaching you important tools, tips, and tricks to be even more successful on the WOW Program. Throughout the week, you will receive printables, tools, and recipes via the WOW Life Facebook group. The Facebook group IS the ideal place to stay accountable. I have heard time and again that it is one of the best parts of the program!

I’m a vegetarian. Can I still do this program?
Me, too!!! Yes, anyone can learn to fit the WOW Life principles into any style of eating.
I hate certain vegetables. Will I have to eat things I do not like?
NO WAY! I don’t want to tell you what to eat. I want you to figure out the foods that you like and how to implement them into the WOW Lifestyle. Sure, there are some things that I’d rather you NOT eat…like, Doritos, but there are few things that are off limits once you figure out how to make them fit.
I like to drink wine…a lot. Can I still do the program?
If you cannot commit to reducing your alcohol consumption to two glasses of wine per week, this program will not work for you. Women who think that it will work even though they are drinking most nights of the week, do NOT see results.
I hate to workout. Are you gonna make me?
Well……I don’t want you to workout to burn off the calories from your poor food choices. I want you to move your body so that you feel empowered, energized, less stressed, and sexy. I’m going to help you find your soulmate workout. Don’t worry!
Do I have to buy any special shakes, powders, pills, wraps or tea from you?
Heck, NO! This is NOT a multi-level marketing program and will NOT be asked to buy anything from me. On occasion, I may share a product recommendation with the group, but they are not products sold by me.
How much time will I spend learning from you each week?
The videos are short. You can expect to spend 30-60 minutes per week reviewing the videos and the printables.
How much weight will I lose?
It depends on how much you have to lose and how committed you are to the program. You can view some testimonials HERE.
I don’t need to lose weight, but I hate the way I feel because I eat junk all day. Is this program for me?
It is TOTALLY for you!!!! You will feel like a new woman!
Is this program for men? How old do you have to be to do the WOW Life program?
This program is for women only that are over the age of 21 years old.
