Popcorn Rules!  Using spices to add flavor instead of butter is a game changer, and totally makes it #3DayJumpStart friendly.  You can have this in place of your afternoon snack or skip the snack and have this for an after dinner treat.  Please remember a couple of things:  Corn is one of the #1 genetically modified foods in our country.  Please buy non-GMO and organic kernels ONLY.  If you don’t have an air popper, follow the brown bag microwave method.  Please don’t buy “microwave” popcorn – it has nasty chemicals in it!

Brown Bag Microwave Popcorn: Take 1/4 cup of organic, non-GMO unpopped popcorn kernels and put them into a lunch-sized brown paper bag.  Fold the bag over twice and lay the folded side down in the microwave.  Cook for 1 minute 30 seconds to 2 minutes (depending on your oven).  Ta-dahhhhhh!  Chemical free, air popped popcorn!

ROSEMARY POPCORN

Take your popcorn bowl and place one tablespoon of really good olive oil in the bottom of the bowl.  Add 1/2 teaspoon of pink sea salt or the best quality sea salt you can find.  Add 1/2 teaspoon of dried rosemary.  Stir everything up and swirl it around inside the bowl.  Add your popcorn and gently toss it.  Eat it immediately!!!!  SMILE because it’s good!
