College-bound ladeez – you are about to embark on a whole new adventure. Before you go, you are going to need to create some new habits. You know most of it, laundry, studying without someone hanging over you, getting yourself out of bed, but let’s talk about YOU. You are going to get there and be eating stuff you never thought you would, staying up late studying and/or partying, your lifestyle is going to be totally different than the one you have been cozy with for the last 18 years.
